Our NatHERS assessment (Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme) delivers a comprehensive and precise evaluation of your home’s thermal performance, ensuring it aligns with or surpasses the energy efficiency requirements set forth by the National Construction Code compliance. Utilizing accredited NatHERS software, we simulate your home’s performance throughout the year in its specific climate zone. This energy efficiency assessment takes into account various factors such as orientation, window size and shading, insulation levels, building materials, ventilation, and glazing performance to determine a star rating ranging from 0 to 10.
Performance-Based Design Brief (PBDB)
Our Performance-Based Design Brief (PBDB) service offers a structured and collaborative approach to achieving National Construction Code (NCC) compliance through a Performance Solution. This process includes essential energy efficiency assessments and a NatHERS assessment, ensuring that your project meets the required standards.
